All materials, equipment & methods of working applied by Kirkton Flooring Limited comply fully with the regulations & requirements stipulated in the Health & Safety At Work Act (1974). All operatives are strictly familiar with Company Guidelines and standard Health & Safety Regulations. Each project Kirkton Flooring completes has a Company Safety File which includes method statements, risk assessments, material C.O.S.S.H sheets, product data sheets & care & maintenance guidelines, all of which are forwarded to our clients on application.
Insurance
The Kirkton Flooring legal public liability insurance is currently covered up to £5,000,000 (five million pounds) which covers all legal requirement thresholds.
Our employees liability insurance is for a limit indemnity up to £10,000,000 (ten million pounds).
